slip fall accident?
i was shoping at a superstore the other nite when i slipped in a puddle of chemicals on the floor, i filled out an accident report becuase my hand was in pain. im going to the doctor tomorrow because i still have pain and weakness in my right hand. i am a student and need to be able to take notes without pain. the thing that makes me mad is that an employee was instructed to clean up the liquid and failed to do so (according to the security gaurd and manager) what should i do?
FIrst you will need to see what the doctor tells you and then perhaps get legal advice. One step at a time, this will not be a quick process.
