Does anyone know of a really good but cost friendly Personal Injury lawyer in San Diego?
That is willing to take a case against Chula Vista School District for neglect on the play ground as my son was pulled down from the monkey bars at school and broke his elbow. But there was no adult on the play ground who could have stopped what happened not only that but because there was no adult around my son had to go find help him self with his broken elbow in all that pain.
Yes I do have a case I have already been in contact with a lawyer about the case but he was already overloaded to take my case so i’m looking again.How would you feel if your child was left alone with out an adult around and he or she was pulled down and broke a limb or was bullied yes kids will be kids but not like that at no time should another child be-able to harm another child in a bad way at school or anywhere else someone should always be present to intervene. really come on my son is 6 years old with a really bad injury having to go look for help to help him. How would you feel.

there was no neglect, kids play, your son got hurt, sorry about that but that happens to kids who play…..
