Was involved in a Car Accident. Bodily Injury and Med Pay Coverage Questions?
I was at fault in the accident 100% but also got a little injured. My insurance includes $5,000 for Med Pay and $100,000 for Bodily Injury. Since I am at fault and its my own insurance company paying, will they cover my medical and chiropractor bills on the bodily injury part for up to $100K or on the Med Pay part for $5k?
They will pay up to $5,000. under your Medical payments coverage for your injuries or for your passengers injuries
